What exactly do I get with the core package?
The customer app, admin/vendor backpanel and the connected API/database source. It covers customer bookings, package and category pricing, drivers, vehicles, dispatch, support and cash verification. The driver app and customer website are separately priced add-ons.
Is this a subscription or source-code purchase?
The proposal separates a one-time software fee from installation and optional monthly support. You receive the selected source code under an activation licence. Licence duration, permitted installations and any renewal terms are specified in your final quotation and agreement.
Can I publish the apps in my business name?
Yes. Your business branding and bundle/package identifiers are configured for your release. You provide the required Apple/Google developer accounts. Choose the matching Android or Complete launch plan for store submission assistance, or have your own team publish the apps. Approval and account charges are controlled by the stores.
How does monthly support work?
Support is optional and billed monthly after handover. Essential covers product guidance and issue triage; Fleet Care adds technical investigation and a monthly installation health check; Priority adds priority triage, scheduled screen shares and standard release-update help. Support covers the standard delivered software during agreed business hours. Response windows, cancellation terms and any work outside the plan are confirmed in your quote. The starting estimate includes only the first month of your selected plan.
What costs are outside the software price?
Installation, support, hosting, domains, SMS verification, map usage, store accounts, taxes where applicable, and custom development are separate. The estimator shows the software and the services you select; the final quote confirms the rest.
What do I need before going live?
Your own domain/hosting, business details and policies, published packages/fares, verified driver/vehicle records, SMS credentials and the developer/provider accounts required for your chosen apps. Deployment, real-device checks and provider setup are completed before launch. Android Maps configuration and signed release acceptance are part of that remaining setup.
Does it include online payments or live driver tracking?
This release supports cash / pay after trip, recorded collections, booking status updates and pickup locations. Online payment gateways, continuous live driver GPS tracking, automatic overage charging and tax invoice generation are separate future/custom scope.
Can my team customise the software?
The selected source is delivered for use within the agreed licence, so your authorised development team can customise it. Bespoke integrations, new features and the effect of custom modifications on support are agreed separately.
Are the customer app and website both necessary?
The core includes the customer app and backpanel. Add the website if you want browser bookings, and add the driver app if you want the connected driver duty workflow. Driver acceptance, pickup-code verification, trip completion and connected cash collection use that add-on. Start with the modules that match your operating process.
